I would love a flat screen T.V. for the kitchen but I can't see where it's going to go at the moment! I havn't done ANY shopping as yet and I'm normally really organised on that score. I do love wrapping pressies with a glass of wine and some Frank Sinatra in the background I'm usually a soul/jazz/funk person (I was there up in London when the first 'raves' started; I was a regular in the clubs, believe it or not ) but I love the 'Rat Pack' tunes when I'm relaxing or a bit of 'Ella Fitzgerald' maybe. Oh and I need a dressing gown as I put mine in the recycling box by mistake

I'm pretty organised-only 3 pressies left to get!!! I love Christmas-always spend it with my parents and the only day of peace and quiet we get with the phon not ringing! I can usually be found back out in the lorry again on Boxing Day working though

Not having christmas this year it's just another day!!! Ummmm I wish I spend Christmas morning slaving over a hot stove, [and having a wee sherry] shoving oranges and stuffing up a turkey's .........................., peeling studs, [at which point another sherry is called for] exploding the Xmas pud in the microwave [and another one - sherry that is!]. Then I realise that the cake has not been iced or the mince pies made, so another sherry gets me over that shock, ................ and then I don't care any more. The rest of the day becomes a blurr ......... Christmas is great

I seem to have missed that bit every year for the past twenty years!!!!!!
No their excuse is the ponies and they buzz off down the field and leave me to fill the dishwasher. BUT after all those sherry's I don't care!

my day is do horse and go for christmas ride. then start christmas dinner with every trimming possible, by the time iv cooked it all i don't want to eat it and i'm only cooking for 2 now so seems pointless, anyway so sit and watch mam eat. Eventually warm mine back up about 2 hrs later, then do horses and get ready for hunting Next day. then sleep and drink god knows how much sherry and mulled wine whilst doing it all.

I know one of my pressies already and it involves going somewhere very, very nice. Cannot say anything just yet, but I cannot wait to go to Cardiff next July and see ......................

I start the day with the ponies and sheep, and then get ready for our drinks party in the morning while I'm cooking Christmas dinner. We have open house for whoever would like to come, so that means Team Breamore and half the village at some stage or another! Christmas lunch is about 1 pm to allow ma-in-law to clear up at Church, and then after that I go and do the ponies and sheep again, walk the dogs (or stagger with them really, because I've usually imbibed too much Christmas spirit in the morning!). Then I collapse in a chair with yet another drink. We ban the tv over Christmas Day and Boxing Day, which means we chat, play silly games etc. No kids involved as we are all of advanced years!! No idea what any of my pressies are, and no idea what I'm getting the OH and the Aged P. either. Ho hum.

I am the most disorganised I have ever been, having bought next to no pressies yet and I usually am totally smug by now, telling everyone that I have all of mine!
Our day normally starts at stupid o'clock, after giving up on sending Georgina back to bed for the 20th time! It is the first year we have had a pony to do on Christmas day, as he was at Medwin's last year while we were away, so what I would like to do is see to him first, back and do pressies, drink steadily all day, keep hubby sober so that he can drive us back for the evening visit!
I have asked Santa for a nice big dosile cob on loan now I have room for one (I have been a very good girl this year) but expect I'll get some slippers or something similar
