We went to the vets to pay Jinty bill and the receptionist said the computer said i had a bill for just over £70 I said no i had one for £59.40 not £70 and she said on this says theres another for £70, buggar i thought the vet has charged me £70 for saturday when he helped with Twts. Luckily she worked out that it was £70 in total. I said that couldnt be right either as it'd only mean Twts' bill was just over £9 . The vet came out from somewhere and said it was right, and he was only charging for materials and not a call out or examination as i didn't call him out Im just kind of gobsmacked caus he so could og charged like £10 for an examination (x 2! so £20) and two call outs which would have been £48 lol.

I need his name - urgently! What a cracking vet. My old vet I met as a student and when he went on his own I helped him out with horses that were difficult, recommended him to new customers, helped him set up his new computerised system even - 15 yrs down the line I am just a number and no longer his customer!
