I am obviously going to have to wear a posh frock and Iwon't be able to hold my tummy in for the whole 6 hours!!! PLEASE HELP if you know of any amazing diets for tummies!!!!!

This may sound mad Lucy, but Baner went on that cereal diet where you eat 2 bowls of special k or cornflakes 2x a day with skimmed milk and then a sensible meal either lunch or dinner, you have to do it for 2 weeks religiously, he lost an amazing amount, but he did not drink or eat sweeties or nice things from the motorway services!!!!! (you know what I mean!) . Come to think of it he could do with it again , better get the corn flakes out!!!

Yes you can eat special K or crunchy nut cornflakes and these are my favourite anyway!

I started my diet with 2 weeks of the cereal diet and lost a stone in a fortnight! Didn't find it a hardship as I love cereal anyway.
Also, after a tip I got from Medwin I have cut out bread and have a probiotic yogurt for breakfast - gets rid of any bloating, so even if you don't lose weight you look thinner.
On week 8 now and lost 26lbs, although I have many, many more to go! Don't miss bread most of the time, except when I smell toast, but feel much better for it.

I have come to that conclusion about bread, every time I eat it I can feel my stomach swelling and then feeling really bloated, I cut it out and it really helped, I was living on Zantac all the time. You have lost a fantastic amount of weight, congrats!

Well thanks guys for all your ideas, I wouldn't normally be panicking as I only have to lose a few pounds, however it's a Caledonian Airways reunion and all the girls and boys going will be making a big effort! Apparently some of them have already had 'liposuction', 'Botox', and the odd 'Lift' here and there so I won't stand much of a chance after years of eating bacon and egg sandwiches at shows. I will take all your advice and make a big effort, watch out for the new look me!!!
