When the placings are given out you still can't tell whether they like the blue jacket etc or the fany dresses?? Don't know how you can judge these against each other?? I prefer the blue.

CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE what do you wear in this classes ,it states traditional, modern or period costume ,never done this before Concourse d'Elegance means "the most elegant picture" in a very rough translation. It can be divided into three sections either: * modern - what we might wear at an evening performance or hunting wear nowadays * traditional - more for the breeds that have a distinct traditional outfit e.g. arabs as they would be ridden in the dessert, spanish andalusians or quarter horse used by cowboys * period - many people choose to delve back into history and choose a costume from a particular era e.g. Edwardian, Victorian or earlier. Remember the judge should be looking for the most elegant picture as she sees it!

that could be quite funny to interpret traditional for a Tb - how about a 6yr old (ie small jockey) dressed in jockey silks on board an ex racehorse....hmm, perhaps they'd be better in a fancy dress though
