Hi M Rogers. Hi its Deb . If u r on about the Search 4 A Star series for Horse of The Year Show qualifiers, u will need to go to the Search 4 A Star class which are on 21 June at Braintree, Essex. Addington Equestrian Centre on 12 July, Wellington Equestrian Centre, Hook Hampshire 19 July and Badgworth Equestrian Centre on 16 August. These classes are for qualification to go forward to the Horse of The Year Show to enable amateurs only to have a chance to compete that level, If you or your horse or its owner or rider has ever qualified for Hoys or RIHS then they would not be eligible to compete. The Search 4 A Star website can be found at www.search4astar.org.uk. Hope this is what you mean and not the Star for the Future series with SWPA.

no i was on about star of the future class at SWPA. Unfortunatly my cob was out of action for the welsh show so unless i can qualify on Championship weekend Ive missed out. Would love to have a crack at search for a star but being based in South Wales having to beg burrow and steal transport, everything is just too far away

Just discovered that my daughter and her new pony should be entering this. Is it open to non-members?

Open to non members but you need to become a member if you qualify. Evening wear is black jackets and stocks.

Great as she has already got a navy sow jacket, wasn't looking forwards to having to get another one. We'll give it a shot then! Thanks for all your help.
