Hi ,I have a 15hh Connemara X TB called Kallie. We try a bit of everything (low level fun showing, ODE, XC, SJ, 20 mile pleasure rides etc). I am a really big fan of Connemaras and really enjoy watching the M&M showing at shows like Totnes, Yealmpton etc. Kallie hasnt done much in the last 2 years as she has been recovering from a kick injury for the last 18 months. There are some pics of her on the web site below. s236.photobucket.com/albums/ff8/kalliebogpony/P.S I think the forum is a really good information source. Sarah

Thanks for that. We have had a go at low level workers in the past. I am only just starting jumping again with Kallie after her kick injury in 06. She had a compound fracture of her splint bone in near side hind, punctured her digital flexor tendon sheath and when the bone fractured it sliced lenthways through her outside branch of her suspensory ligament in 2 places. It was a bit of mess with a big hole you could put your hand in! 2 weeks in bristol vets, a very big insurance bill and months of box rest and recovery she is back on track!! I was told she would never jump again but being a typical tough native she proved the vets wrong. She has taken to jumping again as if she hasnt even had an injury or time off.
I will have a look at the summer show schedule to see what classes there are and if there is something we can do.
