Not this year sadly - first time in many years - but Stephs is due to have her baby this week so is obviously not riding, Charlotte has GCSE's and Reece is taking her motor bike test.
Good luck to everyone - have a good day see you at Royal Cornwall.

not sure if anyone knows but there are restrictions on animal movement again due to blue tongue and horses carry it so please look to make sure your not taking anything out of that zone, it came in on monday.

I am taking Lexy-only for workers though.
The bluetongue restrictions only apply to livestock-alas we are entered with our aberdeen angus and unless they move the zone on Friday (which is unlikely) we will not be allowed to take them.
Horses are not restricted in their movement anywhere around the UK-check out the defra website. Bluetongue is carried by certain midges that have the disease-it is also similar to African Horse sickness but horses are not carriers of bluetongue. It cannot spread animal to animal-the cow or sheep concerned has to be bitten by this particular midge. Hope that clarifies it!
