Have you tried ebay? Or Champion does one, I paid around £50 I think, your local saddlery should be able to order it for you. Unfortunately I sold mine a few months back.

i got mine from ebay but had to look for ages (was also difficult as I only take a 52 hat) again paid around 50.00 keep looking because they are expensive if you buy new.

Actually gotmine form Ebay, but ordered a brown Champion from our local saddlery (Ridemore, Wincanton, Somerset). The green one came from Ireland, but was also a Champion. I am sure if you find a tackshop who deals with Champion they should be able to order you one. www.hackamorestud.com are advertising different colours from £79. Keep at it and I am sure you will find one.

Got mine a few years back from Charles Owen. I know hat's can be expensive but surely it's safer to buy new as you don't know if it's second hand (especially from someone you don't know) if it's been in a fall and has cracks in it. Being one for an adult it should last a long time and should'nt need replacing regularly as with children's growing, unless in a fall.
