Had a Fab time at the Champs (loved every minute!) but we were a little disappointed with the photos this time. What's everyone else's opinion?

Was'nt very impressed, especially of the evenig performances, was looking forward to getting a nice one of me all dressed up, but i think he must have still had a wet lense from the earlier downpour (friday)as were covered in blobs and no nice action shots. saturday evening pictures are'nt much better and with only a few in the classes u would think they could,ve taken a few more pics to ensure themselves of good sales.

The photographers all say it is very hard to take good pictures when it is dark, and there was none taken of the supremes as "their batteries ran out" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
However maxinep's hubby did take some at the end of Sunday, so he might have some good ones!

It is very difficult to take action pictures in the dark, as low light requires a slow shutter speed, but action shots require a very fast shutter speed. Using flash is not really an option. Kirsty & I do event photography - check out our website - www.kdm-photography.comanyone running an event who wants a photographer - please shout!!!

There is a franchise at David's or we would willingly support our members in their financial efforts.

The guy in the supremes was a member of SWPA that I asked to go and take some pictures as the official photographer had gone! [batteries had run out apparently! - see above]

I think putting a camera on your 'lorry list' , then 'basket' is the order of the day for such emergencies!!!!
