All paid up members of SWPA have been sent a schedule. Alas we cannot help the misdemeanours of Royal Mail . If it has not arrived then i suggest you have a look on the website where there is a copy avialble to download.

I am a fully paid up member and I haven't received mine either, cant blame Royal Mail as we all don't live in same area

We repeat - all paid up members were sent a copy of this schedule if they requested a copy. Royal Mail admit to 10% of all mail going missing, in reality that amount is closer to 15%. If you were not in receipt of a copy when everyone else received their's I am sure the secretary would forward one on to you, but it can still be downloaded from the website.

I was totally unaware that I had to request a copy, never had to before, were people told?, and I am sorry if after all this time of being a member and never asking one single question that the one time I do I have obviously upset you

You want to try living where i do!!! Prob a good 1 to 2% of all our mail goes missing and i always now request proof of posting and or signed for when i send something. I given up trading via ebay as the post is such a nightmare!
I did receive this schedule but didnt receive the Trinity one so it just goes to show that it can go missing. I have been a member for only this year but i find it just as quick to access it from the website as i find its normally on there before the hard copy is sent anyway!

I remember when you join there is a list of shows with boxes to tick whether you want the schedule sent or not. If you don't want to go to the show then why waste paper!!
