I have to avoid it, college code of conduct - being a teacher we are discouraged, just in case students try and start discussions that may be interpreted as friendships and get us into all sorts of trouble later. As I teach 14+ and they are all on it, it can also offend them if we refuse them to be added as a friend and some of ours are fragile and wouldn't cope with the rejection Its an addiction to some of my students, they can't get through a lesson without having a sneaky peak to see who is checking them out!

We spend more time on Facebook now than any other site. I've caught up with all my old cabin crew friends from Caledonian and lots of others as well As a result, a few of us are meeting up in Brighton this weekend, can't wait! And there are loads of showing people on there! It's definitely addictive but the quickest way to find your old friends
