Lovely rugs, great quality, they can slip though. Wouldnt use them under principle-the woman who runs the company is obnoxious and rude and bad tempered. I remember her well from the days of funky ponies on ebay!

if the product is good which the sherpa rug is i wouldnt be too bothered by the sales team as long as i get the product when stated.

i know what you mean, i have no doubt about the quality of the rug, i just wouldnt buy one in principle!!
Now if it was a pressie from Santa!!
Titch-i too still have some funky pony rugs-one is a pink sheep rug, the other is a blue sheep rug!!
I bought some other stuff from her but she kept fobbing me off with excuses. After waiting 2 months for delivery she got really nasty when i left her negative feedback! I still have the emails now.....!

I have the Headless one for Jacob, I found they come up quite small size wise and had to go for the next size up to what he would usually have.

yes know what you mean, now haveing to sell my one i bought as it was a size to small , so gutted cause its such a nice rug and spud would of loved it.

Great rugs,neck covers etc,until you get problem,after sales service is dreadful,so have to say i agree with cobbledegook.
