Well before xmas i managed to lose a stone. I reckon i've prob put 5 or 6lbs of it back on again So who's going to be on a new years diet? Back to weight watchers for me tomorrow......

It doesn't matter how many times I say "No chocolates please - must watch the weight!" - I still manage to munch my way through a couple of boxes every Christmas!.

I agree, and with that I'm just about to open yet another tin of Roses!! ;D I've still got my free voucher for 'weight watchers' sitting on the table in the dining room. I missed the first two sessions I'd planned to go to 'cos I was out for Christmas Dinner and drinks with my friends and we really went for it, big time ;D ;D ;D

I have lost about half a stone over christmas due to a virus that i have just got over i couldnt eat anything for 4 days and im not planning on putting that weight back on either Jess xxx

I reckon I'm defo the one person out of the lot of you who REALLY needs to lose weight!! Not a chance. I've decided that at my age (almost as senior as Medwin!) it's all academic, so I might just as well enjoy my cooking (and the eating) and give in gracefully. I think I'll study fashion for the overweight and see if I can up my image in that area....!
