Hi Med is it possible to let me know when the schedule is likely to be ready as would love to know the judges and what classes you have on offer as have the connemara breed show the same day and need to choose soon as entries are closeing but would rather support swpa
Many thanks

Thanks - once the schedule is available I'II have a look and see if it is feasible. Does anyone else travel from Wiltshire to the show? How far would you go for one day? (Baring in mind I'm not sure the pony is good enough quality - He was reserve champ at the abwpcs show so hoping! but may have been one off!) And... how do you decide what time to arrive? I did say I would be full of questions!

We would travel a lot further than from Wiltshire to Weston-super-Mare for the right show and judge. Many members come all the way from Cornwall and Pembrokeshire and travelling early in the morning with no traffic is great. You have got to say to yourself you are going to a show FOR THE DAY, and getting there too early means you can have forty winks to catch up on lost sleep. There is plenty of parking at this show and it is on nice flat ground. AND if you get really bored there is always T4 On The Beach up the road!

We travelled to WSM show last year from Wilts, all i would say is, dont go m4 /m5. Much quicker to go the back route, especially if T4 on the beach is the same day, as it was last year.
Lovely show and always plenty of classes, so well worth the trip.

Thank you for your replies. Great tip about M4/M5 and T4 - exactly the way I would have gone! Would you recommend Shepton Mallet, Cheddar and on to the A38? (we're Devizes area). Really looking forward to it

I wasn't going to enter as all my boys are qualified, but as I've decided to sell up this might be my last go at showing them. My geldings already sold, but luckily to a lovely lady on the same livery yard so i expect she'll show him there anyway.
