I am thinking of coming to this show as the cob class is a SWPA qualifier, I have joined the swpa but not done any qualifying classes, if I qualify then I could do the championship show on the sunday of the champ weekend couldnt I?

You can always qualify on the Friday for the Cob championship which is on the SATURDAY! The you could do the ridden cob on the Sunday and qualify for 2010!
Or you could go to this show and turn up on Saturday - but then you would miss the chance to take part in the Gwynbeth and if you do not put that cob of yours into that class I personally will be gutted! [It is on the Friday as part of the evening performance!]

Thank you medwinatswpa that makes so much sense any idea what time the cob class is on Friday, just that if it is early I will have to get someone to drive my daughter to school as Crick is 3 hours away if later in the day I can do it myself and then get loaded and up there. If very early I shall have to get stabling Thursday night if that is ok. I shall be there on my own so will be begging, stealing or borrowing a groom for the ring!
