Snaffles only but Wilkies allowed. Not to have won any m&m ridden class before the start of the winter showing season which is now. I think it is any m&m ridden class affiliated or unaffiliated. Here is their discription and is says ANY m&m NPS / HIRSTMUND STUD M&M PURE NOVICE RIDDEN WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP – Large breeds This Competition is open to stallions, mares and geldings four years old or over which must be registered in the main body of their respective Mountain & Moorland Stud Book. Connemara, Dales, Fells, Highlands, New Forest and Welsh Section C & D Pony not to have been placed first in any Ridden Mountain & Moorland Class prior to the commencement of the current Winter Series. All ponies in this class must be shown in one of the snaffle bridles.
