Good news - SWPA will be hosting for 2012 and as this is the final year of this cycle it will be a showing extravanganza. It will incorporate all types and breeds from previous years AND will include Foreign, Rare Breeds, Native Horse Breeds, Miniatures and Traditional Gypsy Cobs. The classes schedule will be refined and be more specific. Fuller details will be posted as soon as we progress. We will also have a young Handlers section - thank you Meg for your Input some time ago and I am sure this section will be an absolute delight. This will mean that with the GwynBeth 2012 every Breed and type will have been given the opportunity to win the cash prizes. There is also great news about a new entry system which will be posted shortly. If, by any chance, you feel we have missed any equine section, please do post on this thread and we will be able to keep up todate and respond accordingly

It might be too packed for this year but how about a private driving class at some date?

I think it is fair to say that we will have a full day without the driving classes but always a thought for the fufure. Thank you for your input - always welcome

Will there be something for unregistered M&Ms? I'm always struggling to find affiliated classes for my Section D.

I will now be updating this site as the draft time table and schedule are now in production. Every attempt is being made to avoid clashes due to the large number of classes.

I am so pleased to update you on the interest in GwynBeth this year - it is certainly very active this year and I would like to discuss entries. If you are entering would you please be so kind as to do so as soon as possible after you have selected your classes. I do understand that it means paying out monies a little sooner that maybe you would wish but I do have a reason and that is...................... With so many classes it is obvious that some will be more supported than others. The well supported are in some ways easier to deal with as we can split/divided them. My concern is that the classes that are not so well supported for many obvious reasons and maybe need to be combined are done so in a manner that is fair and equitable to the Competitors and the Competitors are kept in the communication loop. Entries on the Thursday afternoon and on the day may distort classes a little but Beth and I would like a strategic plan in place. Hence the request for you to enter as soon as you can. Also it will give us time to get your Competitors Pack to you and you will have time to ask, if you have any questions or queries and plan you day and weekend. Many thanks
