Shoes on and she is doing really well!! The farrier was really pleased as no signs of discomfort when nailing on. It's been 24 hours now with shoes on and no pain killers at all. Walking a little carefully still but nearly there.

Took Titch for a walk inhand today and she is really good. Probably leave it a couple of weeks but the farrier said i can ride her. Still want to be sure though. It would be great to be on board for the last swpa show of the year!!!!

Walking her out inhand and will keep doing this for a couple of weeks then see how she is then hopefully ride. I won't rush it as it has already been 2 months so a couple more weeks to be on the safe side doesn't matter.

I sat on her in the yard briefly the other day. Oh my god i can't wait to ride her!!!!! When i do i'll get some piccies. She needs the exercise soon as her belly gets big when not ridden!!! Even with restricted feed. I took her inhand for a full circuit the other on the road and she is fine Just making it slightly further each time. Then i wil lunge her and eventually ride. Hey!! I have an idea. Swpa should do a fun ride!!!! Maybe a charity ride to take some time up in the winter after the last show.

Took her in the school today just to walk her as the farmer has sorted out the big stones and put down a proper surface at the entrance ;D Walked Titch in and i think we got about eight srides before........... (all you who know Titch won't believe me) She reared up squeeling jumped in the air at me!!! Then proceeded to whizz round and round bucking in canter!!!! This pony hasn't trotted for nearly 3 months!! It took 10 minutes to stop her and for her to settle. Then we actually managed a walk I think she was telling me that she is feeling a bit better. I am soooooooooooo glad i wasn't on her as i would of done a super woman impression. Watch out next year when hopefully we will be back jumping. I think she was showing me that she still can. ;D Hopefully this is another step in the right direction. Tomorrow i will be wearing a hat to walk her round. OMG this is not the Titch we all know ;D
